PRICING / OX-PRICE-01 VOL 2026

Pricing built around the scale of your operation.

Oxrow is scoped as a fixed annual subscription. The investment depends on the systems we connect, the business logic we preserve, and the reporting views your team needs. Before you sign, you receive a written scope, fixed price, and business case.

PRICING FACTORS

Connected systems

How many systems need to come together? We price based on the finance, ERP, labor, agronomy, equipment, harvest, irrigation, and other operational sources Oxrow needs to connect.

Data complexity

How hard is the data to work with? Clean cloud systems are simpler. Legacy ERPs, on-prem databases, spreadsheets, PDFs, exports, and custom systems take more work to standardize.

Business complexity

How complex is the business model? More entities, regions, crops, pools, facilities, and reporting views add business logic that Oxrow needs to understand.

COMMON QUESTIONS
01 Can you give us a guide price before a call?

Once we understand your core systems and operating structure, we can sketch what your annual fee would look like. We don't publish broad ranges because two operations with the same revenue can need very different data work, but here are three illustrative shapes from our customer base. Most engagements also include a one-time onboarding fee — see the next answer for what that covers and how it scales. The formal proposal always includes a fixed annual price in writing.

Illustrative annual pricing
  • A medium-sized grower with a single labor data source across two ranches will pay a low four-figure annual price.
  • A packer with three packing lines, two ERP systems, and access for 15 grower organizations will pay a mid five-figure annual price.
  • A private equity firm with seven legal entities and 10 source systems will pay a mid- to high six-figure annual price.
02 Do you charge an onboarding fee?

Sometimes — it depends on how much business logic Oxrow needs to encode for your operation. The fee covers embedding your operating context in our engine — your pool returns, contract structures, reporting hierarchies — so the AI behaves like a member of your team, not a generic chatbot. We charge for that work the way an ERP vendor does: a one-time fee, scoped and quoted up front. Simple, single-source connections generally don't require an onboarding fee, because the business logic carries over from similar customers we've already onboarded. As the number of source systems grows, so does the scope of the logic we need to encode.

Illustrative onboarding fees
  • A medium-sized grower with a single labor data source across two ranches: typically no onboarding fee.
  • A packer with three packing lines, two ERP systems, and access for 15 grower organizations: low to mid five-figure one-time fee.
  • A private equity firm with seven legal entities and 10 source systems: mid five-figure to low six-figure one-time fee.
03 What does an Oxrow subscription include?

Two layers — a live data foundation and an always-on AI agent. We scope the work before signing, so the annual price is fixed, not a running services meter.

The Data Hub
  • Live, secure data pipelines across your operational systems
  • Agriculture-specific context engine that 'pre-chews' your data into ag decisions
  • Row-level security for finance, grower, operations, and board-level views
  • Ongoing pipeline checks and business-logic maintenance that would cost you $100,000s to maintain in-house
Intelligence — AI Agents
  • Always-on AI agent — ask in plain English, get defensible answers grounded in your operation's economics
  • Recommendations with dollar and unit impact — identify the issue, measure it, propose the move
  • Around-the-clock pattern detection — surfaces margin leaks, profit moves, and emerging risks before you knew to ask
  • Operator-grade dashboards and decision views your team actually uses
  • Unlimited users so the whole team can ask, share, and act
04 How quickly do customers see return?

Most customers should see year-one returns that exceed their annual investment through time saved, reporting automation, recovered margin, profit improvements, and avoided cost.

Initial returns often come from replacing manual reporting and data processes that consume staff time every week. We build every scope around a specific business case, not a generic software package, so you see the expected value before you commit.

05 What if we only want to connect one system first?

That's often the right starting point. We can scope an initial source around a specific decision, prove value, and expand coverage once the next highest-leverage source is clear.

06 What systems does Oxrow connect to?

A growing catalog. Below is a representative sample — not an exhaustive list. We add new connectors with most releases, and our standard implementation can take on any system with a clean API or structured export. If yours isn't listed, we'll walk through it on the intro call.

Standard connectors

Modern cloud apps and tools that already speak data — labor, agronomy, farm ops, CRM, market data.

07 Why not build this ourselves?

Internal builds consume hidden costs — one ag analytics team we know spent 18 months and $1.2M before shipping their first production dashboard. Oxrow comes pre-wired for agriculture: the context engine, the data connections, the row-level security, and the operator-grade dashboards are already in place. And Oxrow's engineering team tracks data anomalies and keeps your business logic up to date. You get the insight at a fraction of the fixed cost of staffing an in-house team.

08 How is Oxrow different from ChatGPT or a generic BI tool?

Generic AI lacks ag context, persistent data, and org-wide sharing. A BI tool lacks the intelligence layer that knows what a pool return is, how pack-out ties to block yield, or why your CFO and your agronomist are looking at the same cost differently. Oxrow is a permanent secure data layer + context-aware intelligence + live pipelines + dashboards — in one place.
